On the back, the Poco M4 5G has a dual-camera configuration. A 50MP main camera sensor and a 2MP depth sensor are included in the phone. The M4 5G has an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The front camera is housed within the waterdrop notch at the display’s top centre. The display measures 6.58 inches diagonally and features a Full HD+ resolution. On the M4 5G, Poco also has support for a 90Hz refresh rate. As an extra layer of protection against accidental drops and scratches, the cheap 5G smartphone has a layer of Gorilla Glass 3 on top of the display.
There’s a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC under the hood. There is up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage in the phone. The M4 5G comes with a 5000 mAh battery from Poco. The phone is capable of fast charging at a rate of 18 watts. In the retail box, users will find a 22.5W quick charger.
The phone includes a fingerprint scanner on the side and also enables AI face unlock. It includes seven 5G bands. The phone also comes with Android 12 out of the box, with MIUI 13 layered on top. 5G, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi (2.4GHz + 5GHz), a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C connector, and other connectivity choices are available. The phone is approximately 200 grammes in weight and 8.9mm thick.

In India, Poco has released the M4 5G in two storage options. The base model comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The price of this model is Rs 12,999. The 6GB + 128GB storage variant of the Poco M4 5G costs Rs 14,999 in India. The phone is available in three different colours: black, blue, and yellow. Flipkart will begin selling it on May 5.
